*14 = HIDARI ASHI go back to MUSUBI DACHI, and starting the 1st. cycle (set) of descending abdominal breathing (yoga's half breathing) in order to return the heart to a normal rhythm (hands in yin yang).
* 15 = Always on MUSUBI DACHI, 2nd. cycle of descending abdominal breathing (same as 14).
* 16 = Always on MUSUBI DACHI, 3rd. and last cycle of descending abdominal breathing (same as 14).
