* 1 = MUSUBI DACHI

go to HEIKO DACHI and execute one Yoga's half breathing, while go to Kamae.

* 2 = MIGI SANCHIN DACHI; SANCHIN NO KAMAE
Hidari Ken Chudan Gyaku Tsuki, Ryo Ken Sanchin No Kamae (in tension and with Ibuki); while Migi te keep the hand guard.

* 3 = HIIDARI SANCHIN DACHI; SANCHIN NO KAMAE
Migi Ken Chudan Gyaku Tsuki, Ryo Ken Sanchin No Kamae (in tension and with Ibuki); while Hidari te keep the hand guard.

* 4 = MIGI SANCHI DACHI; SANCHIN NO KAMAE

* 10 = Advancing to MIGI SANCHIN DACHI, repeat the techquines of 2; 3 and 4, but always in MIGI SANCHI DACHI (without walking), and in the same time followed by 3 awase chudan sukui uke and 3 gedan awase seiryuto (one sukui with one seiryuto; another sukui with another seiryuto, and last sukui with last seiryuto).

* 11 = Back one step to HIDARI SANCHIN DACHI, and execute tora-guchi

* 12 = Back one step to HIDARI NEKO ASHI DACHI (45º), and execute tora-guchi.

* 13 = Back one step to MIGI NEKO ASHI DACHI (45º), and execute tora-guchi.

*14 = HIDARI ASHI go back to MUSUBI DACHI, and starting the 1st. cycle (set) of descending abdominal breathing (yoga's half breathing) in order to return the heart to a normal rhythm (hands in yin yang).

* 15 = Always on MUSUBI DACHI, 2nd. cycle of descending abdominal breathing (same as 14).

* 16 = Always on MUSUBI DACHI, 3rd. and last cycle of descending abdominal breathing (same as 14).

* 17 = Always on MUSUBI DACHI, Ryo Sho Otoshi Kogan Uke, Taichi Rei (Final Greeting).
